I am stewarding this evolving guide for achieving authentic eco-social systems integration and Integral Holo-Being, Holo-Sentience, and Holo-Consciousness. It may also include a curation of resources for learning and practicing the Integral Consciousness Life Practices and Skills.

“Holo-Being” refers to the holonic, fractal, and holographic nature of being, meaning that our beingness and consciousness exists as a pattern that repeats itself across all scales and scopes of reality, from the quantum to the cosmic, there is a self that is similar at all levels, there are embedded selves within selves like cells in a body and beings that are part of the greater being that is the eco-system and Gaia.

A holon is a system that is both a part of a greater systems and is itself a whole system with parts or holons that have their own level sovereignty. Holonic and Holo-Beings are Sovereignties within Sovereignties and also Emerge from another set of Sovereignties, and so on with these autonomous patterns of patterns repeating infinitely.

Holo-Beings can more simply be referred to as “Holo’s”, other names can be: Non~Dual, AUM, Tao, The All, The One, Advaita Vedanta, Brahman~Atman, Neti Neti, “The Great I Am”, the primordial ground of being, YHYH … and yet language and words can only point towards it but can not contain its entirety because it is everything and nothing.

Some questions we might want to answer for ourselves in this journey include:

• How do I Flourish in harmony with the Tao? How do I satisfy my basic physiological needs and set the foundation for fulfilling higher needs? How do I nurture my life in a way that is aligned to sacred values and principles? Flourishing Beings may require: Healthy, Nurturing, Secure and Safe food, water, and life affirming habitats and environments.
• What do Beings really Desire in life?
• What are my most important Values and Principles? Where did they arise from?
• What experiences and environmental factors shaped my deepest Values and Worldviews and Perspectives?
• What may be the deepest Aversions and Allurements that guide my flow?
• What may be the Sacred Meanings and Purposes of Life and my life?
• Do we want to be in a kind of interbeing relationship and dance with the cosmos?
• Do we want join and play harmoniously and symbiotically within the Cosmic Co-Creation and Web of Life?
• How may we live flourishing and fulfilling Lives and Express our unique Love offerings, gifts, and joys?
